Oh wow! I feel like I’ve been checking so often and haven’t seen it! I’ll keep checking.
I got my escale neo noe today but box had two rips on the corners. Not sure if they just threw it into an old box or was a return? My ribbon was just placed loosely inside the box for two shipments, not actually tied around.
Usually a gift receipt is provided and I didn’t get that. I’d most likely go to the store and ask for a box exchange and get the shopping bag while I’m at it.
Does anyone know if glue is used for the seams prior to stitching the pieces together for the bag? I found some residue on the bottom corner and I hope it’s glue. I managed to get most off with some water but took some time due to the grains of the bag. It’s kind of clear so I hope it’s not some film on the canvas that’s peeling....
