I guess I am blind because I can't find the food stains. The creased leather trim on the top is natural. Leather does that. The bag was in a box so not standing up perfectly straight. The two absolutely tiniest of marks possible (zoomed in with magnifying glass) can happen in many ways. Doesn't mean it is necessarily a return.

thank you so much. I just ordered in the periwinkle. can't wait to see how it goes inside the pastel NF ! I won't be able to use my bag until I get the organizer in there. OCD strikes again.
xooh and PS I got the relaxed fit. never used an organizer in my DA NF GM and i think one of the reasons is bc I like the roominess and being able to throw whatever I need in without constraints. but upon your recommendation I went relaxed fit so I can cinch !!
How fun! Connie is so nice, and her organizers come wrapped so nicely with a lovely bow. And they wear so well. The relaxed fit is only slightly smaller but I didn’t want marks on my bag from a tight organizer. Hope you love it. And I’m with you - I don’t use new bags until an organizer is in them! There seems to be conflicting info. Some say that online was prelaunch (and more will come when stores reopen) and others said that all stores had to ship back their stock to main warehouse when they were ordered to close. If you do find any stragglers online, keep in mind it may be a return. That would apply to almost anything but I just thought I’d mention it because more people here seem to be making a bigger deal about receiving a return. I got my mini Pochette which was brand new (first day of launch) and a stole, Zoe and Kirigami which I’m pretty sure were returns due to the way they were packed. The items themselves are just fine though so I’m happy!I just wonder if there is going to be more stock online? I hate stalking and I don’t have time for it so I never succeed at it (except with the Valentines heart coin purse), but I’d love to buy the pastel classes case and cosmetic pouch...
which country are you in? Some items aren’t available in all regions. Like the pastel glasses case was never on the US/Canada site but on EU/UK

I don’t mind if I get a returned item, as long as it’s in good condition. I’m in Europe and I already got the mini pochette in pastel and now I’d love to have some more! It’s so pretty and cheer me up in these times...I really wish there will be more items available online!
