successful e-bay claim!!!

As some of you may know or remember from previous posts i was sold a fake Mulberry Elgin bag on e-bay back in november. i made a claim through e-bay (not through the seller - they ceased to exist!) and will get £120 back which is approximately half the cost of the bag. i'm delighted! didn't think I'd get any recompense at all! i can now go and burn the bl**dy thing!
It is worth trying to get your money back if you are scammed on e-bay. i stupidly paid by cheque so couldn't make any claim through paypal.

Well done . I can think of several things i'd do to the bag now but burn it sounds fantastic.... do it !!!!

I once had to make a claim over a FAKE dior wallet that I got on ebay. I did pay with paypal and got most of my money back after submitting the claim. I was so upset with the wallet, but glad to know I had that protection from paypal

Maybe i should just scribble 'I'm not a plastic bag or a genuine Mulberry' on the front of it and use it to carry my groceries!!!
