Looks like I can barely stay banned and barely within my clothing budget. [emoji28][emoji849]

New bag. It would coordinate well with my scarves and blue dresses/skirts

I'm thinking to stick to items that work well with shades of blue. [emoji848] blue would work with any of my bright colored bags.
Love the color and the shape. Can't wait to see how you wear it!

I ended up keeping the black sandals, returning the silver. Returned a pair of black pants. Not needed right now, plus I prefer the thicker fabric of my Banana Republic and J Crew pair.

Highly recommend buying in person for bottoms at J Crew and BR. They are all cut inconsistently. But they make very nice pieces, some that I actually do continue to wear regularly and don't show wear. I have made the mistake of ordering final sale online and they were too snug despite ordering the same size and style as the ones in my closet.

My 2nd quarter plans:
1 -2 pairs of shoes
5 collared shirts/blouses for work
Continuous editing of my current wardrobe.

Current total:

So my shopping list allowed two pairs of shoes.

I wanted navy and grey. I got neither. But I found two colors that fit really well in my closet.

A little iffy on the Bottega flats. They were pretty spendy by Nordstrom Rack prices. The Chloe's are absolute keepers for a great price.

Now all I have left on the list are tops.

Both very pretty and versatile. You make ballerinas look so much fun. I have three pairs by pretty ballerina that I hardly ever wear, even though they're comfortable. But I feel like they make my legs look huge and short. Any tips?

lol I'm short, so no help there.

But I think a slight heel, wearing things that look flattering on the leg, help look less short and huge.

So the skirts I wear hit at a good spot on my calf. My jeans are narrow cut. The flats have the teeniest heel. Also the cut of the flat matters too. Some make my feet look huge, some are more flattering.

Flats are purely for comfort for me. I have difficulty lasting long in anything higher for long periods of time.

What flats do you have?

Thanks for the answer, bake. I do try to wear leg flattering clothes, yet I still feel that my ankles look like an elephant's, especially from behind. These are the ballerinas I hardly ever or never wear. The black ones for driving, what a shame, and the black and white ones that are extremely comfortable are 3 years old and have never been worn. Shame on me.
