Thank you for your answer! I just started shopping there. However, I feel uncertain about how much I need to spend and how many times before asking for a wishlist. Do you have any info regarding that, how did it work for you? Im new to Hermes so I'm not sure how it works in Sweden

Hi, Im also fairly new to H but I asked the second time I was in how I could get my dream bag (a kelly) My SA explained everything and I had to wait until october when they reopened the wish list. When october came, I also had some other things on my wishlist that just arrived so I popped in and asked her for a wishlist appointment. According to her its no "pre-spend" but they really appreciate customers with a long relationship with the brand (in my eyes some prespend haha) Better to ask early on than miss the opportunity IMO

Hey all. I was lucky enough to get to do a wishlist recently 🥰 but i forgot to ask a couple of things from my SA and I dont want to harass him incase someone here knows.

So what happens if the 12mo runs out and you haven’t got a bag? Can you just renew your wishlist right away?

And just in theory, lets say you do get a bag through the wishlist, can you then immediately make a new wishlist for another QB? I read somebody’s blog post who is based in England where she said she was allowed to make a new wishlist straight away after collecting her (wishlist) bag, but that was a couple of years ago and obviously not in Stockholm. My SA in Stockholm is fantastic, so I’ve got no intention of going anywhere else for a bag 🥰

Not that I’m absolutely desperate for another bag immediately once I (hopefully) get this first one. It will have a special significance to me that makes it special, future QBs would be ”just” for the love of the quality and style, and sure maybe special birthdays or smth, but this first one is the big one. Just curious

You bring the items to store, they will send them to Paris. Paris comes back with a quote on what they think needs to be done, you accept the quote etc, then they do the work and send your items back to the Store for collection.

I'm a tourist. I find that it is relatively easier to get a quota bag in Stockholm than in other European cities. Just spend enough and the bag will come. Best wishes!

I've used it for some of my items and it was brilliant. Just walked in (on a weekday) and dropped them off.

Don’t really remember, but between 2-3 months? Sent a clic-clac (back in 2011), my Oran sandals(2024) and a pair of boots(2015?). Came back brilliant. Think 2-3 months is standard, have had the same lead time for other brands too.

It seems like Stockholm and the Nordics is operating a bit different compared to larger H-hubs like Paris. I would be curious to know too. I’ve been shopping with Hermes in Stockholm since 2011, but have not been in a place in life where a QB would suit my style until recently, so can’t give you any advice here. But agree, my SA is also completely fantastic. The Stockholm store is lovely.

Does anyone know if the store will help issue VAT refund form for online purchases when I pick the items at the store the way paris FSH does?

Hi! How would you say Stockholm operates differently compared to other large H-hubs? I've visited the Stockholm store once and the SAs were really friendly and genuine.
