Stitching coming loose...advice needed

Hi there,
I have a beautiful paddy and just noticed that the stitching is coming loose up by the handle. Has anyone ever had this happen? If so, did you get it repaired? did you bring it somewhere special? I don't want it to be a noticably different thread color, weight, etc...also how much did it cost?
Mine looks like it just came out of one hole, it is hanging loose and it looks like if you were to pull, it might unravel further...
What do you think?

Yikes! Where did you purchase it? Maybe the store can repair it for you (free of charge). If you bought it from a store that is too far from you, I would consider calling Chloe and asking about what they recommend or if you can send it to Chloe directly for repair. That should not be happening IMO. Sorry this is happening though!!!

I had the stitching come loose on the outer pocket once but it wasn't in a critical spot and I never got it fixed.

Does luvinmybags do stitching repairs?? I have heard such great things about them.
