Anyone considering a purchase from Milaner should avoid this company at all costs! I’ve had a nightmare experience with them. I ordered a pair of sandals and when they arrived it was incredibly disappointing. Workmanship was terrible and sizing was way off. Honestly they felt like a cheap pair of sandals from a discount store. I immediately contacted customer service and requested a return label, shipped the sandals back that day. That was over 30 days ago. I’m still waiting for a refund. The company won’t reply to emails, they have no phone number and their website chat is useless. Waited over an hour today on chat and the only reply was that the “milaner concierge “ closes at 9 am! I’ve had to file a dispute through PayPal and now I’ll be waiting even longer. Please learn from my mistake and do not trust this company.
