It often seems like you get less quality online when I read in the forum). Not always! But its a hit and miss situation.

I looked at my online purchase history that I purchased six bags online (including the Pm reverse and the Pm mono for my mum) and only two out of six came with flaws. So it could be all but bad luck :sad:

Thanks babe! Omg 2 of six! Thats a lot!! And really unacceptable. My other items that i received like the slgs, mini pochette and the nano were perfect. But the PMs are a problem its so bad. Im not buying it again online i will wait for the stores to reopen and start stalking other items again :tup:

This is the worst part, the bag itself like the alignment etc was perfect again. It was made in France, so i got excited. But the strap was a mess and then i took a closer look and saw the scratches on the glazing and white dots/scratches. Bye bag :crybaby:

Cancelled pochette accessoires update - yesterday I received an email and a voicemail from a CA regarding the cancelation of my first order saying there was an issue with my address and thats why it was cancelled, I mean its possible as I was just in shock it was finally in stock pressing any button on my phone.. is it common for CAs to call you or email you? I have never previously been in contact with their customer service line. My PA order on the other account is arriving tomorrow :amuse:

Oh no!!!!.... so sorry to hear that dear!! Well maybe soon we will get the MPA! Hahaha I’ve lost hope but then again a girl can dream ❤️

Yeah, it's an elusive little bugger.. :biggrin: it was up only for a split moment. I managed to score one in mono late friday night around 3am, but will be keeping an eye on it still for anyone here
