I'm a new member here! but just want to express my hapiness to encourage you all.
After stalking Nano Speedy for quite a while, continously refreshing page, 2 days ago able to put it on my shopping card but can't process, yesterday suddenly I can proceed my cart and got email confirmation, waiting nervously whole night as status keep in order waiting for validation and now current status 'order in preparation' so hope to receive my happy mail soon! :smile:
so...don't loose your hope!

And another PM FAIL im so done.
2 colours gasps, misaligned strap, damaging/scratch on the side near the stitching, no sticker on the lock :mad::mad:
They really send you the damaged returns its unbelievable:tdown:

I feel with you :sad: ... but my mom got a really good one about 2 weeks ago. Stickers on it, perfect alignment, all good!
But yes... it could be returns... my online ordered PM Reverse was a mess (I don‘t even know how I could be okay with it now that my SA exchanged it on the spot when my waiting list Reverse came into the store)
It often seems like you get less quality online when I read in the forum). Not always! But its a hit and miss situation.

I looked at my online purchase history that I purchased six bags online (including the Pm reverse and the Pm mono for my mum) and only two out of six came with flaws. So it could be all but bad luck :sad:

so sorry... I know its frustrating

It's totally unacceptable!!! Damn! I feel your dissapointment. I felt the same way when I received mine :( Was this one made in Italy again? So sorry for you!
