Store SA's cant do much for you right now. Thats the difference. I dont even call customer care anymore i just email my "online SA" if he is working and he calls me back its so much easier. Welcome babe!:hugs: Yeah it so much easier because you can talk to the same person instead of 300 different ones every time you call. And they can put you on the waitlist for some items that are not available (not all of the items btw) for example my bom dia mules were too small and the bigger size was sold out so he put me on the waitlist immediatley. They offer super good service.

if they are able to get the item or have you listed on the waiting list would they ask for credit card details by phone/email or will they send a link to where you can purchase the item?

btw I’m stalking the website now and there is literally nada.... nothing at all :(

I dont really know because i am still waiting hahaha. He said something about an email and then you have to call them in 24hr and you then get an payment link. Something like that!

I just woke up and nothing online :sad::huh:

No, I think they won’t notice.LV (unfortunately) still doesn’t do serial numbers on their items. So there is no way of tracking it anyway.
