Im think im gonna stop the stalking hunt for another new PM and replace it with a bumbag. Ive had a PM for 3 years it was my fave bag ever and i ruined it with wearing it everyday and not being careful with it at all so i sold that one because the gold hw was turning silver at some spots and the vachetta coloured really ugly. Maybe its time for something new. But still i love the PM so much, bleeh decisions

Definitely can understand how hard it is to part with the PM... I’ve never had one but I heard how versatile it is. Maybe just give it one last go and see how it is? I do highly recommend the bumbag tho... I sold my first one because I got a very high price offer and I still kinda regret that because when it was gone I really really missed wearing it. It’s so easy to wear and the canvas feels very soft. It fits a lot of stuff as well! So I’m super glad it’s easy to find now !

Hey guys just wondering I got a email from someone who is saying that they are LV client service and would be happy to help with future orders. Etc. Like a personal advisor? I checked the address and it ends with @louisvuitton.com.... did anyone else get something like this? Or is this a scam?

Dont worry! Its not a scam. Its like an "online/telephone SA". Its really handy when you have questions etc, they can do more for you because they work at customer care as well. Store SA's cant do much for you right now. Thats the difference. I dont even call customer care anymore i just email my "online SA" if he is working and he calls me back its so much easier. You are lucky to have one!

Hey guys! I have a quick question.. I ordered the Pochette Metis two times. Once on my own account and once on the account of my boyfriend. I'm going to be returning one and keeping the best one. I want to return my boyfriends order so that I can keep the one with my own receipt etc. Does LV know which bag was connected to which order if they are the exact same product? Maybe because of the datecode? Would love to know!
