I wanted it as a mini bag to take out for meals etc. My iPhone 11 Pro did fit in but at some work and just wasn’t practical. I only use small bags anyway and using it as a catch all isn’t something I use. Hate the faff of so much in my bag lol

I got the nano speedy too and totally unsure on that too. These are my first LV pieces, wanted a new designer bag after selling all mine apart from my Chanel classic but just think I’m over spending £700+ on a tiny bag lol

Aw that's a shame! When were you able to purchase them both?
Personally I love the nano speedy! The newer version is bigger than the old so can still fit a lot in it, compared to the mini pochette. Have you seen the nano noe? I love that bag but waiting until I've purchased both the mini pochette accessories and pochette accessories (in mono) :smile:

It is a lot to spend over £700 on a nano bag!

I got the mini pa on a Thursday (21st may) around lunch and the nano the Sunday after I think around 11am!
The nano noe isn’t a shape I like for me. I nano speedy does fit a lot in everything I need but I just wish it was the BB size just for aesthetics. If they did the speedy BB it would be close to £900-£1k I think and I wouldn’t pay that much x

What does looting have to do with this rumoured price increase? Do you honestly think that the looting of a handful of stores in one country, is comparable to the impact of a a global pandemic on LV’s bottom line?

No. They increased price in May probably due to the impact of the pandemic. And now only one month after and one week after their stores got looted... what a coincidence... it’s probably for all these reasons, pandemic, looting, the masks they made, greed and profit all together. It’s just so disrespectful. To me, this price increase won’t have a big impact because I am only buying small things like slgs (and I only still « need » two) otherwise all my bags are vintage from the 90s and early 00s except my first one from the boutique in 2012. I will never buy their new bags anyway, quality is just too ****ty, style of their bags is just so messy (to me) and price is not justified. But to each their own. But this 3rd increase in 3 months (!!!) is showing how they couldn’t care less about us having issues with their quality.

And also back to the time after the looting, I had said they would increase price as a joke since they tend to increase their prices in a snap nowadays... hence the « I jinxed it » ;-)
