The other SA said the warehouse is still producing some... So don’t loose hope, Ladies. I’m stalking (n hunting) for DE & Azur, hope it didn’t sound greedy tho. Not gonna keep it all but my gf would take my Mono if I’m getting DE or Azur.

I'm not sure if it usually works. Some time ago I called CS and they put me on a waitlist for a bag and called me back a few days later. Everything was so easy. Now I called them regarding the key pouch mono and I was told "no waitlist,.no stock...please check online".

I stalked the mini pa de today after reading this thread. Managed to add it to my bag along with the tp19 but I seem to have no evidence of the order. I've had no email confirmation and it doesn't show up in my ongoing orders.

Has this happened to anyone before?

Did you checkout? Adding the items to your bag is one thing but you have to put in your address, card details and checkout and receive an order number (i dont mean to be condescending at all, just want to double check).
You should have got an email within minutes of your purchase. Otherwise check your bank statement to see if a transaction is pending? Otherwise I can only presume you didn't manage to place the order, sorry to be the bearer of bad news!

Hi girls!
Just discovered this forum, is amazing aha. I’m trying to buy the pochette accessoires NM for months and months, but looks like impossible ? I’m refreshing the page a hundred times a day but nothing do you have any informations about the days/ times of restock? I’m in the UK but also checking in the french website....
I saw it available twice but then sold out when I tried to add it on the basket

My order for key pouch went through today, I received the confirmation by email and it is also shown in my ongoing orders BUT the key pouch is still in my cart as well....hm!!!???

They were available yesterday non stop pretty much! I managed to purchase one on tuesday. Rare sight today though, just keep refreshing as much as possible at the 'peak times'

are you in UK? What time did you manage to buy it? And what are the peak times? (Morning, afternoon,..?) Can’t believe I’m missing it non stop.... but you gave me hope Hopefully I can get one soon...

Yes i'm in the UK. I managed to buy it the first time on a friday at 3:20pm, but my order was cancelled due to error in the shipping address.

On monday 18th (not tuesday as i said in my last post, im getting confused) at 11:20am I managed to buy it. Then I think tuesday or wednesday there were loads that flooded in and pretty much most people managed to get one. If you go back to the posts on tuesday/wednesday you'll be able to see the times that people scored them but it was popping up a lot. But this was the first time its ever happened so frequently so maybe there won't be so many available until the next round but honestly I could be wrong this is just an educated guess.

Peak times are 3-4:30am, 8am-9am, 10.30am-12pm, 3pm-5pm. This is just a broad estimate generally speaking, as they can appear at any times. For example I don't think anyone has encountered a restock at 7pm, it just never seems to happen. Good luck!! And keep an eye on this page as everyone is great at posting the sightings as soon as they appear :)
