Have you tried calling CS and being asked to be put on the waitlist for the reverse cardholder? Tried this after someone from the forum mentioned it. It came back in stock within 24hrs of me being on the waiting list, and I just called and made payment over the phone. Dispatched on Sunday and arrived on Thursday. Easiest purchase ever!
