You must remember that the same stock shows in the whole of Europe. Only one or two at most are available at one time. You are competing against each other, in different countries as well as hundreds of other people that don't even know about this thread, and the resellers / personal shoppers who consider this their part time job. Its literally millisecond difference between you being able to see and buy or not. Its just luck that is all.

When did you place your order? Mines still hasn't shipped and when I called yesterday all they said was, hopefully this week, they don't know exactly when

Call them to find if it was a billing issue. But I think if the item is out of stock they won't be able to put the order through manually, but I could be wrong.

They said it's because my shipping address was a public one (i do it so it is delivered to the lockers).
I told them my mini pochette that I ordered last week was to the lockers with no problem..... in other words, yes, theres a grumpy ass person declining orders today!

She funnily said she hasn't has anyone call that has been able to even add the PA to cart, apparently people keep ringing because they're never in stock lol!
