yeah I agree! people have been getting their accounts 'banned' for 2-3 months by purchasing similar items not even the same item, which is allowed in their terms and conditions, its ridiculous.

I just ordered a new nano speedy but my order got cancelled... frankly I’m very disappointed with them. I called and they said maybe it was my payment. I should try again...
ladies do you know how many days will it take for LV to return the money back to my account when an order gets cancelled?

A matter of days. They're pretty quick with refunds, although if they cancelled the order I'd be surprised if it's debited your account.

I have always used PayPal to pay and never had an order cancelled! Generally you can check out quicker too.

What does this mean?
I've recently bought the mini pochette in DE and a keypouch in empreinte

I got that with an order and it was due to mis-matched addresses. Give CS a call for clarification in case it's too many purchases.

I reckon it's because my billing and delivery address don't match, if that's the case can they rectify it and still have the order processed? Or will i have to stalk again...?

Call them to find if it was a billing issue. But I think if the item is out of stock they won't be able to put the order through manually, but I could be wrong.
