Why?

It was so weird with this one, I usually check out with the paypal button but there was none for this time so I had to do it manually after entering my address and it kinda didn't go through, I'm calling CS now though

If you're in the app there's no PayPal available.

This just happened to me so had to use my credit card which requires an OTP code. Order is in prep.

I use the mobile website and this was the first time it happened

I just managed to get the mono key pouch, but with the normal paypal button so fingers crossed that it goes through!

Update on the cancelled escale cosmetic: CS said it is a bug in the system, the item is out of stock which is why it won't go through for nobody

They really playing with my feelings, I've seen it atb again ughh

Apparently it shouldn't be atb, CS said it's fully out of stock but the website is bugging
