Yes, it happened to me twice when ordering the mini pa de. Called CS, they said it was because I used my creditcard for payment. The last time I paid with Ideal and now it's shipped.
Strangely enough there is nothing wrong with my creditcard according to my bank.

But call CS, then you will know!
