Is the returns process easy in the U.K.? If I get my hands on a nano and don’t think it’s worth the hype would the return be pretty straight forward? It sounds it on the returns policy x

There is a return label included in the parcel. You just need to phone cs to activate it. At least that's what I've done

I saw how to do it but I mean did you get the actual cash refund quick etc hope that makes sense. Saw a few people say they didn’t want to return things they weren’t overalls happy with because of the faff x

If i brought my parcel back to ups i usually got my money back in 7-9 days.

I activated online and then sent back to UPS. Took two days to get to France. Got my confirmation on that day within an hour of receipt. Money in my account within 48 hours. Pretty good imo.
