FoxyLV on IG states:

1. Louis Vuitton does ban people for returning things. But it massive to be in massive amounts ie; buying $20,000 worth of goods to find the perfect thing and returning 99% of it. And doing this multiple times. If you just want to return something you don’t need to be worried about being banned. The return policy for Louis Vuitton is 30 days and unused condition. This means you cannot return an item that has coffee stains on it is scratched up etc. And yes I have seen people try to do that.

2. Another way to be banned from Louis Vuitton is reselling. This means buying multiple brand favorites, pms, new le items and selling them for a huge markup if they can catch you. But you have to do this multiple times and of course Louis has to catch you.

3. another way to be banned from Louis Vuitton would be to create havoc in the store i.e. screaming and yelling to the point that you get kicked out or treating Staff very very badly attacking etc.

4. Yes it is true Louis Vuitton does have a ban letter. It basically states that you are not allowed to buy from Louis Vuitton online or in stores anywhere in the world it varies from person to person.

5. Now Louis Vuitton has a department for social media that watches what goes on they are in the Facebook groups Instagram YouTube anywhere and everywhere they watch. Ca’s are not the witch hunters for Louis Vuitton. Just because a ca is in a group doesn’t mean they’re reporting people so please don’t think that. they have much more better things to do with their time. LV has a department that watches social media.

Returns don't show in your account. LV send an email once your return has been received. That's it! They probably have an internal system that shows how many products a customer has returned in any given period.
They finally replied to why one of my orders was cancelled. And that it was due to something in the limitations.
But when counting, it can only be if they still count the returned orders (I.e. that I have reached the transaction number), and those were after speaking with CS about faults in the items and they told me to return them :S Sigh... LV are so tiresome sometimes..
