If you scan their Community Boards and see examples of their silliness, let us all have a laugh?

On a thread where the seller received a message from a buyer asking the seller to apply the recent 20% discount because they missed the sale, I find this gem:

"Hi ......., generally we are unable reissue a coupon unless there was a technical issue at checkout, but you are welcome to encourage your customer to contact us so we can review options. We also do not send messages proactively in most situations, but I have gotten the details of this transaction over to the appropriate teams for a possible exception. I am not able to give more details here, but I recommed that you to let your buyer know that they should contact Customer Service with any further questions or concerns."
