I skimmed through this thread, and it seems like you have tried your best at getting it resolved with the company itself. Hopefully you paid with a credit card, just call them up and they should resolve it for you.
Unfortunately it remains unresolved because Goyard is unwilling to come to a resolution on this issue. They do not believe the bag is faulty because they believe cracked handles after three months of light use is just the natural evolution of the bag. Their only solution to this problem is having me fork out another 220 to replace the handles. That is not going to happen. So at this point I am resorting to other avenues. It doesn't matter to me. I'll file multiple complaints. I think it's time people put their foot down and stand up for what is right. Two years ago I bought a Chanel wallet that wound up with a bad zipper after just three months. I took the wallet to a boutique to get it fixed and just in one glance at the wallet the sa tsked the wallet and said that should not have happened. Five minutes later, I had a new wallet and I hadn't even asked for one. That is good service. The Goyard after service is nonexistent in my personal experience. I asked Goyard to simply replace the handles due to the cracking. They refused to do it free of charge. This is a clearer photo of the cracking which in my opinion looks worse after it went to Goyard which is odd. I haven't used it since it's been back and now it's four months old because Goyard took a month to review it. There are also issues with the review process which I won't go into here.
