You lovely lot of squirrels have made me laugh out loud this New Year's morning, thank you! I needed that! We had a quiet New Year's Eve. Walk in the mountains, a fab dinner with all the trimmings, candles throughout the house and finally, a glass of single malt whilst watching one of my favorite Fred Astaire films into the wee hours. Isn't it a Lovely Day...?
Dear Kendie, hope your husband is feeling better--ugh, the viral intestinal bugs are the worst. Stay healthy, my dear! Was worried about you after your stressfest of the last few weeks.
I share the same history and strategies for introducing a new nut into the cache vis-a-vis DH. My blessing, as so many of yours, dear Squirrels is that he's really not that interested + blithely unaware=under the radar. Unless I dress up for an occasion or something takes his fancy ( a particularly good haircut, for ex.) my appearance largely goes unnoticed--or at least, uncommented upon. Another blessing, perhaps

He knows I have a bag issue, but as it is managed by my one in one out method and more to the point, separately financed, it perplexes him rarely. Having a separate closet is also critical
Here's a quandary that some of you may share: in spite of spending constraints, I have to say that temptation is provided too regularly via random online pre-owned offerings. As we know, one must wait and choose carefully as rarely does a pristine M come along and then the competition can be fierce. So, even with the older Mulberry styles there can be an ongoing issue of, I shall call it Cache Management. Online sites offer such temptation for squirrels looking for treasured older Mulberry nuts, do they not? Cache Management Alert on this first day of the brand new year!
New Year love to you all
