Scarves Spring/summer 2021 scarves

Ok, I need help: to return or keep something...
I ordered the Cheval Punk last week, and while I love the look of it (so much so that I’ve been contemplating getting several cws), I’m just not sure if I should keep this one.
There appears to be a pulled thread (grey visible in the burgundy) and there’s a slightly “thinness” at one area on the border. (Both issues marked in red in pics)
I only have a few CSGMs and have not worn them all that much but I’m worried both the issues will get worse.
Also - is it just me or is the cashmere/silks thinner this season, or are the ones from the men’s collection supposed to be different? Am I imagining it’s thinner bc there’s less of it due to the size? :confused1:

Sorry for the rant - which alternative do I go with?
1. Just return it; the cashmere/silk is decidedly thinner this season.
2. Exchange it for a new one (same cw)
3. Exchange it for a new one (different cw)

*EDIT* I guess I answered my own question since I forgot to even include the option to keep it...:facepalm:

The cw doesn’t wow me on you. Too many scarves out there to buy one that’s just ‘meh’.

@TammyPrincess77 I don’t think the scarf is thinner. I have a men’s 100 galaxy scarf from last season and it feels the same.
I also have jungle love csgm and that one feels a little bit thicker compared to the mens scarves.

Return it because you are obviously not happy with it, there are plenty more fish in the sea :smile:

sorry about the defects, that is a shame. I’ve checked mine and thankfully no issues

I compared my 140 csgm to my men’s 100 galaxy from last season and the texture was the same. I’ve never found the cashmere silk texture to be thick, and have always thought it was fairly thin.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: someone in that H-warehouse has it in for me. I’ve now received no less than 4 defective items over the past 12 months. :tdown:

You are certainly right about there being more fish. I’ve not ruled out the other cws just yet, but I’m wearing a csgm rn and... I think I might skip the c/s 100 altogether.

I would not keep it, if I were in your shoes. Obvious, noticeable flaws. The scarf is much too pricey to accept that!

How tall are you? I adore my 100s but I’m short and always feel overwhelmed by 140s. I think 100s feel more like wearing cashmere 90s. If you are taller or like being draped in that glorious cashmere silk, a 100 probably won’t do it for you!
