My SA got my heart bag charm in-store but upon her inspection she noticed a couple faint black specks on it that wouldn't come off

lol I hear ya' Fableaux...she stuck it on the Alma she had in-store before she texted me the pic of the charm. Bummed that this one had marks on it but hoping she was able to secure another one.
