i kinda get the feeling that the wrinkled bags instead of getting sent back to their HQ for quality inspection, they are still sent around the globe to whichever boutiques w/ waiting lists hmmm.

i try to rotate the second pic but it keeps rotating sideways sighhh

Can you ask for a different one, or if your boutique is gonna get more? We pay too much for dented new bags. Or maybe you can try the trick others did like try to steam it out if you really want this bag! I think it's very lovely still, little imperfection or not! Its impact is felt regardless and maybe over time with use it may look better. Think about what's acceptable to you though~ good luck keep us posted.

Hi Dear,

i haven't decided buying it or not. the dent near the logo is too obvious for me. i think i need to see it physically but most probably the bag has been sold. The SA also sent the pic of the bag with the right side on the further angle which is kind of strange. I asked her to re-send it and she did the same angle (the pics i've posted has been rotated). Normally she sent me pics with the bag in horizontal position. the previous so black she sent pic to me was perfect but I miss that one to other buyer by a day lolz. even this dented bag, she only allowed me to keep it for 2hours since there're another buyers waiting. I'm not sure if I could still get it by now. I have 3 SAs contact and only this SA that keeps real eye on the bag for me. there are 2 shipments already of chevron so black to my country so it's a slim chance they're still getting the 3rd one. I must be really lucky if they do ship for the 3rd time and it's in perfect condition :D i agree combination of chevron w/ the so black is very compatible, it has that boyish w/ elegant touch. good idea they're using Kristen Stewart as the spokesperson for it. ahh i try to ease my mind, i don't live for bags but at night still drooling over this chevron so bag :lol:

i just went to my local boutique to check the chevron so black M/L as i've mentioned in the post above. surprisingly it hasn't been sold and no wonder why. the defect is horrendous. not only it's obvious, i could place my finger in the dents which means they're really deep dents all over the right side of the bag. my mom even spotted the dents straight away once the SA pulled it out of the dust bag and shook her head while staring at me :D i believe this bag has been offered to other clients before and after me and of course got rejected. my SA was very pushy when offering this bag by saying there're others in waiting list that would snap the bag right away (yeah that's the case with a perfect item) though i believe this dented bag would eventually find its owner hmmmm.

i lodge a complaint with the SA how could Chanel let this kind of quality slip through the sales floor? this doesn't happen only once or twice but pretty often. there're lots of quality complaints this past few years. i think one contributing factor is that eventhough it's defected eventually it gets sold. customers should stop 'pampering' Chanel otherwise they wouldn't keep up with the quality and the only thing that gets 'better' is the price!

But I read on the May purchase thread that a TPFer was able to get help from ladies in HK club so her husband picked up a perfect black on black for her

So I think there's hope!!!

I think minor creases are ok with stuffing but not this one! [emoji27]

I think the m/l looks gorgeous and perfect- not so much w the mini and the dents. If u keep both it might be a little redundant to ur collection. How about a colored mini??? ��

the M/L to me based on pic is in great condition. i vote for the M/L Dear. the M/L is much better in size and structure too than the mini ...and with the wrinkle ohh pls just send it back to Uncle Karl , I bet he won't even allow Choupette to wear it too :p

Oh, so NM and SAKS don't ever get the square minis in stock?

Did you happen to notice if the Chanel Boutique had black square minis?

I also love the look of the mini? Is there anyway you could exchange for one that's not so wrinkled?
