The 34-year-old, who has been signed up by Macmillan Children's Books, says creating the novel's main character, nine-year-old Ugenia Lavender, was "an adventure".
But she hasn't looked far to find inspiration - Ugenia gets intimidated by a princess called Posh Vactoria. And Geri insists Victoria - who was dubbed Posh Spice during her time in the chart topping girl band - is happy to be used as an inspiration.
Geri says, "Victoria was flattered and will read the book to her boys.
"I don't know yet if the other Spice Girls will be there."

She read an excerpt from the book and it was something about tell me what you want, what you really really want. I mean what on earth is she on? Whoever told her that she could write seriously should be shot. This is another case of celebrities being surrounded by 'yes men'

She had a little girl not too long ago didn't she? It was like Bluebell or something similar. Oh and I am so surree that Victoria will read that to her boys. I remember reading in a magazine that Victoria doesn't like to read or maybe she doesn't know how?
