$45k non-leather with 100% loyalty to one SA at one store should be sufficient for either of these bags, assuming the store gets one in to your specifications and the other competition isn't too fierce (long standing higher spending).

I would ask your SA about pochette availability and likelihood and if they can accommodate you, I’m sure they will try. Apparently they are not as readily available (a MK II is much more likely)
^ 5X being my own experience for B25 sellier, gold, during 2022, when bags seemed somewhat scarce. 5X for each of two offers, neither accepted. Then perhaps 1.5X with a new SA MKII (either with credit for my prior year, or on faith that the ongoing relationship would be fruitful.

This post below by @fice16 refers to a lower prespend, but for an existing client [in between her previous offer and the K25 she is waiting for]. @fice16 states that she, as a long time client, had a similar experience with a 1.5X prespend for a K25 sellier.
These descriptions suggest an ongoing relationship with presumably a rolling prespend ( perhaps not unlike my MKII offered by my new SA this year with low prespend (either on future faith and credit or taking into account my prior 5X + with my former SA (see my NY link above for details)

This post by @Kimchoi12 , states that her friends prespend was to be 3X for a B25, but this was not a hard set rule. Rather it was what the SA could do for her, which seems to imply accommodation.

@benjinito, I assume the ratio is simply shorthand for 1:1; 2:1; 3:1 etc which may roughly correspond to some high end reseller prices

In the US SAs can only find your profile if you’ve purchased in the past three years (overheard at a store - SA looking up someone’s account). This is on their iPads/phones that they carry on the floor.

Update I just got my MK2 offer one month after starting a relationship with my new SA. Therefore, your history with the store and spend probably matters more in getting a qb or not unless your SA dislike you. (I bought a 27k watch for this bag...🫠 total prespend is 45k)
