I wouldn’t be able to estimate simply because the supply is so low and unpredictable. It’s definitely a spend plus relationship bag.

I believe it's what corporate sends to a store (in this case, a lizard bag) instead of what the store can order as inventory.
@acrowcounted, curious as to your take on the threshold for a Birkin Touch (size 25 or larger and not lizard)?
Easier to get than non touch, assuming the store ordered them/gets stock. They are harder to sell than full leather bags due to the maintenance and price point, but also less in supply. Probably need the same prespend you would for a normal leather bag to be considered but then your competition would be lower, which then also equates to a lower ratio since the bag is much higher priced.
This is an interesting discussion. So if somebody has a pretty decent pre-spend, let’s say 30–35K and they are offered to request a bag, should this pre-spend be best spend on asking for MK, K 25 or K 25 touch or k 25 alligator?

No, you should ask for the bag you actually want most and include any alternatives that would also thrill you. Spend isn't a triggering mechanism nor a quid pro quo. Much of the time it comes down to the luck of timing for what bags are being delivered, which SAs are around, who else is asking for what, and a thousand other variables. If one really only wants an X, then they should ask for that and stick to saying "no" to anything else. However, if there are other bags you would also be thrilled by, you could miss out on those by holding out for X. There's no guarantee that 35k will get you a K20, and there's also no guarantee that 20k wont.
Yes, for sure, that makes total sense, however assuming that I want all the bags equally and for whatever reason wasn’t getting a QB up to this point, which of these bags do you feel requires the highest and should be requested first?
Honestly I don’t think it matters. SAs aren’t going to go by a numbered priority list. You either want a bag or you don’t. If you tell your SA “I’m dying for a mini K but I’d also eventually love a gold B25” and a gold B25 drops into her lap, she’s not going to think “I know this is on Susie’s wishlist but she wants a mini kelly more so I’ll wait and not offer it”. She’s going to say “wow I just got this bag that’s on Susie’s list, let’s call her!!”

I keep an ordered list to share with my SA. I want all of the things on my list, there’s nothing I would say no to but rank them slightly in terms of my preference.
I had Kelly Pochette at the top of my list for a year, got two Mini Kelly II and then finally got a KP to cross it off.
If you do want a number of bags equally, it really doesn’t matter to the SA. Just let them know what are those things you want and it’s a combination of timing, luck, and what comes into the store and what goes into your SA’s hands.
I understand some specs are considered “easier to get” and you may feel it’s not worth it after a high pre spend. In those cases I just make sure all of the things at the top of my list are relatively all equally hard to get. But if you have an established relationship with your SA, it really does not matter, you could get an easier to get bag with high pre spend this time and a harder to get one with low pre spend next time…
I purchased a b25 exotic (croc) last summer. I don’t keep track of my spending but as a guideline greater than 1:1 for a croc. (50k) or more. I had not purchased a qb in 2022 if that is any indication of spending for the offer. In my store-I know several customers that are waiting for croc offers (they are in high demand) and they have spent more than 1:1. Hope this helps.

Good question. I had been consistently shopping for several years. Do not consider myself a vip - I do shop across categories when I find items I love. There have been times when an offer has been made after 8:1 -10:1 (I don’t keep track so it’s hard to say and others when spending has been zero.
After being in H forum since before pandemic, I have to agree that relationship, spending, timing, preferences-it all adds up to get a qb. It’s not one of these, but a culmination of factors. When I obsessed about getting a qb offer I wouldn’t get any and now that Im not in search of a bag, offers are common stance.
Edited to add that once I purchased an exotic (bc I really wanted one but never asked for it), all offers across all categories now flow very easily and very regularly). I have been offered lizard which seems to be on high demand but I don’t like and everything in between. I was also told recently in person and via text that getting a Constance elan or any other non qb will not delay 2nd qb this year and that it will not delay any qb offer. We shall see as im not in need of another bag but H seems to be keen on making me get one. 😆
