they filed actual court documents in pursuit of a divorce, right? if this is all a scam and done for publicity i wonder if they could face sanctions from the judge in their case? with CA's budget crisis, it seems really egregious to abuse the already overburdened courts like that without penalty.

Playboy Model threatens to sue Spencer over sex tape

Another day, another Speidi sex tape scandal.

Playboy model Karissa Shannon is threatening to sue Spencer Pratt, who is allegedly in possession of a sex tape featuring Shannon and her boyfriend, Sam Jones.

Shannon's laywer Hayes F. Michel fired off a letter to the Hills villain Thursday, requesting that he return the footage that "was taken from her possession" and "contains private materials," TMZ reports.

"It had been reported in the press that you were attempting to publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit filmed footage of Ms. Shannon. According to press reports, you are no longer threatening to do that. This decision is wise," Michel wrote. "Were you to follow through with your initial threat, Ms. Shannon would file a lawsuit to enjoin the sale and/or distribution and seek monetary damages from you."

Michel requests that Pratt, 26, contact him immediately to make arrangements to return all copies of the tapes. Additionally, Pratt is being asked to provide written acknowledgment that he will no longer attempt to "publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the footage." Finally, Michel is asking for a list of people and/or companies who have seen or received the tapes.

Last week, a source confirmed to UsMagazine.com that sex tapes starring Shannon and Pratt's ex Heidi Montag do exist, though they may be kept under wraps - for now.

"There's more than one. But that doesn't mean they'll ever see the light of day, despite Pratt's threats," a source told Us. "This is all a PR stunt, They will never really sell unless they get desperate."

Karissa Shannon is the biggest piece of trash ever. She, like Speidi, is doing anything she can to try and become relevant. There is no sex tape, and if there is, she is trying to get it back to profit from it. Her & her washed up actor/criminal boyfriend are disgusting. They were on the OK red carpet the other night and she purposely pulled the top of her skanky dress to the side to expose her boob. He further exposed it and then they acted like it was a wardrobe malfunction. WHY are these idiots taking career cues from all the other trainwreck celebs?! Sex tapes, wardrobe malfunctions, tell-all books...be original!! Be talented! Or just go back to the trailer park you came from!!! (No offense to people who live in trailer parks...I lived in a very nice one for a year in high school when my parents successfully got outta debt).

Her own sister Kristina is embarrassed of her! Kristina actually got back into the Playboy house because i'm sure stopped acting trashy and showed Hef she would be respectable (ok, as respectable as a Playboy girl can be).

I hate to say it, but I hope Spencer lashes back and exposes her nasty self.

She even claimed she would write a tell-all about Kendra and her antics. I am pretty sure we know ALL there is to know/see about Kendra!!
