Finally happy with her figure after countless surgeries, Heidi Montag is celebrating her new toned-down look in paradise.

The 27-year-old reality star recently went to Mexico, where she proved that less is more, especially when it comes to the breast implants that had weighed her down for years.

At just 5'2", The Hills star had gotten huge F cup implants that drowned her body, but she last month she had them reduced to a far more manageable C cup.

'Over the past few years my implants have handicapped me, I have not been able to do a lot of things,' she revealed.

'For the past nine months I have not been able to do laundry, or look after my dogs or clean my house and I have had to stop working out because my injuries are so severe I cannot even do simple things like rowing or running,' complained Heidi.

'I have been limited in my everyday life and the last few months especially have been so uncomfortable and in pain that it has really been taking a toll on my life and my mood.'

‘The Hills’ Stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Talk Going Broke: ‘We Thought We Were Jay Z and Beyoncé’

Former stars of MTV’s The Hills, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, have gotten a major reality check since their show ended and the lush paychecks from the early days of reality television stopped coming in.
In a new interview with InTouch magazine, the pair opens up about their financial troubles and how they went from $10 million in the bank to only eating at food trucks.
“We were immature and we got caught up,” Spencer confesses in the new issue of In Touch, on stands now. “Every time we’d go out to eat, we’d order $4,000 bottles of wine. Heidi was going to the mall and dropping $20,000 to $30,000 a day. We thought we were Jay Z and Beyoncé,” admits Spencer. “Now I can spend like $100 at Victoria’s Secret. I feel like a different person,” Heidi adds.
Not to mention the $200,000 they spent on Heidi’s dozen cosmetic procedures and the $2.5 million they spent on Heidi’s failed solo album.
When asked if they have regrets about doing The Hills, Spencer responded,
“I didn’t realize people would only know me as that character. It was just a persona I played up to make a paycheck.”
Heidi says the show was “a great experience” but notes that it “took a toll on my soul. I’m thankful not to have fake fights anymore!”
Since the fighting has ended, will the couple be receiving an invite to Lauren Conrad’s upcoming nuptials?
Probably not. Heidi says,
“I’ve talked to Lauren a few times on the phone since The Hills,” Heidi shares. “She was really sweet, but I don’t think so.”
The couple will be returning to TV in the E! special After Shock: Heidi & Spencer, premiering Monday, Dec. 9.

Did anyone see these two on Bethanny the other day? I was actually surprised at how good Heidi looked, she looked really cute and fresh. They were both very likeable and honest. They spilled all these details about what was staged during the hills and they admitted to calling the paps all the time. Spencer said that they would get bonuses when the ratings went up so that's why he gave so much drama. All these years i thought Spencer was a douchebag but he's probably a nice guy that is just really good at trolling.:laugh:

I watched them on Bethenny and posted about it on her tv thread, but I absolutely loved Heidi and Spencer's interview!! They seem so normal and down to earth. Very unpretentious and real and Heidi looked so pretty. They were nothing at all like their Hills characters and I actually believe them that what they did and how they acted was all in the name of making money. They were young and probably didn't realize the impact their ways of acting would have for years. I also don't think they thought the money was going to stop and just got caught up in everything. It's so nice to see that they've stuck together and seem to be happy and content living more simply and just being w each other.
