Her new face is really not pretty at all. I don't understand the chin/cheek implant thing she did? It's such a shame 
I agree she could have downsized the funbags by quite a bit more as well. Are they for real with the new size? I am a 32 C and my boobs are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy smaller than that... like, I look pretty flat-chested unless I wear a pushup...

A 32C is the same as a 34B so it's really not a "true" C cup. I'm a 32DD/DDD, but can wear some 34D's if they're unlined. The band is generally way too big in a 34 though. My boobs look like Kate Upton's and Heidi's seem a little smaller than that so I would guess she's a full D or small DD now.
I'm also a 32C, and when I got fitted, I was thinking "lady you're crazy." But I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I was always getting 34Bs before, thinking I was a small cup, but even though they're "sister" sizes, they really don't fit the same. I have a pretty small chest. There's something there, but not a whole lot going on. I know implants don't really translate, but she is definitely not a 32C.
My SIL got implants and said she went from a C to a D. She may have been a large C before, but she's probably a DD now. People just don't get measured. My sister thinks my mom and I are crazy for saying we are a 32C because she's not educated on it. She just thinks that because we all have small chests it means a small cup.

The cup sizes are the same on a 36A, 34B and 32C. The smaller the band, the smaller the cup. Technically I should be in a 28 band because my rib cage is only 27, but I don't feel like shelling out the money for specialty bras so I wear a 32 on the tightest setting and the cup fits fine on a DD/DDD. Bra sizes and guessing what people are is difficult. A 30D is really pretty small, but people hear "D cup" and automatically assume they have huge boobs.

I wonder if she has regrets about pretty much destroying her friendship with Lauren Conrad. When you look at the path Lauren has forged for herself and compare it to where Spencer has lead Heidi I think Heidi would have gained more from remaining friends with Lauren. She would at the very least have a marketable brand and not be tainted with all the ridiculousness that the Speidi name has come to represent.

Thanks for posting. I'm a 32D and my DH gave me a rude look when I told him because everyone equates "D" with huge breasts!
I'm just one strap size bigger at a 34D and my breasts look huge compared to these ladies pictured. The one on the right definitely has fake boobs (little hard circles), and the left is suspicious too. Real breasts and fake look a ton different in a bra size wise IMO.
That said, Montag appears to have a 34D to me.
I used to do the same but ever since I had a really good pro fitting, I was introduced to getting by bras taken in and my world changed. The fit is so much better than trying to find a larger band and wearing on the tightest hook. They also explained that the hooks are only meant to compensate for when the band stretches over time due to use/washing but it should fit in the first hook initially so you can tighten over time if needed. I usually end up getting the right fit in the cup, regardless of the cup size, and then having the band taken from a 32 to a 30. (It's hard to find 30s and 32s in larger cups).
