I especially dislike her "people have fewer scars from car accidents than I have." Last time I checked, most car accidents are not a voluntary choice. I'm sure my mother would gladly swap the 65+ stitches she has in her forehead for Heidi's butt scar or the bright red dot inside her nose (yes, that was one of the things she griped about!).

She has a classic case of BDD. Nothing will make her happy. That's why I fault the doctor in this case because it was so obvious she has mental issues. She was too young for the surgery and she physically had nothing wrong with her to warrant the risk.
This doc was out for a fast buck at the risk of the patient. Not cool, but it happens all the time.
