Speedy size always printed/stamped in leather tab?

Is it true that the size of a speedy is always printed or stamped in the leather tab with Louis Vuitton made in ... ? I've seen different things. A friend of mine has a speedy azur without the size printed in the leather tab and my speedy damier ebene does not have it either. The monogram ones I've owned had it all.. Now I am a little confused. Thanks a lot for your help!

Oh my bad, it is not the number missing, but the made in france print... Just checked, you are right, mine does has this number, too...

My damier ebene doesn't have it ...i'm not sure where i put my azur speedy ..i can check my mono 25 tomorrow

I mean the size stamped at the underside of the leather tab.. Like 25 30 or 35!

i have owned many speedy's and not all of them had the size stamped on the tab.

Don't know about other ones, but I'd imagine all Speedy bags would have the number stamped under the tab. Mine has 25 but when I first looked I thought it wasn't there because it's barely noticeable.

It looks like there is a 30 printed under the tab but when I looked at it from another angle it was not there anymore. That is Why I am confused.

My speedy25 in mono canvas (made in usa) doesnt have its size stamped at the back of the leather tag. this was produced in 2008, could it be that it have just faded? :/

I just noticed that my 2016 speedy 30 in the Damier Ebene print doesn't have the size stamped on the leather flap, does this mean is fake? I purchased the bag from trendlee...please help!!
