Speedy owners, do you use the lock?

I just ordered my first Speedy with all the great advice from members. another question, do you guys use the lock that comes with your Speedy? Do you just leave it on the pull? sorry in advance for the silly questions but I have never owned this style.

- Speedy (leather): No, I take it off because scratch

Only when I use my speedys I put on the lock for decoration.

I don't use mine, but I have seen people put it on for decoration. I think it looks cute either way!

It’s been hanging in that little hole since the day I got it. I don’t even think I ever unlocked it.

On the Speedy Bs I leave it on the zipper, on the classics, I leave it in the little hole on the tab.
I do clean them from time to time!

I took mine off completely, along with the keys and clochette.

I have a retiro and use the lock often. I have 4 kids who are always trying to get stuff out. It’s very handy
