Speedy or Alma?

I'm sorry I wasn't clear - the material isn't glued onto the Speedy, it's glued onto the cardboard. After it dries it's placed on the bottom of the purse.

i have the alma in epi and LOVE it! but it is a dressier bag, i usually only take it to work or work events.

but couldn't the alma be dressed down if you got it in a color as opposed to black/brown....like the blue or mandarin I could see the blue alma with jeans...
the red could go causal and dressy?

I love my speedy 30..when I first got it i placed a small towel on the bottom with the sides facing up..my bag didn't sag a bit!

When that Damier Speedy 25 comes out, I am gonna buy it and give it and flat bottom and luv it.

I asked a SA at LV and was told that the price will be slightly higher for the Damier Speedy because the leather trim is different.

I vote Speedy 30. (In my humble opinioin I think the "sag" is part of the look/charm/image of the bag...it doesn't bother me one bit!) Since the Speedy has been around so long and the shape/sag hasn't changed, I don't think it should deter anyone from buying it).

i agree with everyone else! the alma in damier looks fab. however i think the alma is more structured and elegant while the speedy is more casual. depends on your personal style. both cant be worn on the shoulder so if toting around is your style then it's all good.

I know that you said you carry a lot of stuff... But have you ever tried the Popincourt? The regular one, not the Haute. I carry a number of things, but I found that the Popincourt held everything for me. And it's a cute bag WITH more structure/support on the bottom. It didn't sag a bit when I threw everything in it.
