i don't think you can go wrong either way really. i have a speedy 35 and a delightful mm, and they are very different bags. i would recommend figuring out if you're more of a shoulder bag person or a hand carry bag person and pick the bag based on that.

I'd have to get the Speedy, because I won't carry a bag that does not have a zipper closure as my main handbag. If it's just a tote for extra items (not my wallet, keys, etc.), I guess I'd do it. But other than that, I need a zipper.

I have both, it depends actually, i am more comfortable with my damier speedy 30, though i still love my delightful MM.

The Speedy is a classic but the Delightful is a comfy shoulder bag...it really just comes down to whether you prefer a shoulder bag or something hand held. Btw, I saw someone at the Mall a few weeks ago with a really patina'ed Delightful and it was gorgeous!

I have 2 speedys and love them. But I am dying for the delightful. I think that shoulder bags are a lot more practical. I say go for the delightful!!!
