So I found these SO onyx diamond 3 motif earrings on fashionphile a few days ago and picked them up. They were only about $2k more than the 2 motifs from the boutique. Do we prefer these or should I wait the million years it will take for them to actually get the 2 motif in stock?? I do love how there is no bead in the middle for the pave motif, but they’re definitely fancier than 2 motifs. Weight is thankfully not an issue for me with earrings!

If weight is not a problem, absolutely keep them! It’s worth it just for the no-bead pave motif! Congratulations!

I think I prefer the onyx pave two motif because I feel like the three is a bit too much; the onyx is a bit overpowering imo

Wahou these are GORGEOUS ! They are a keeper of it was me. Even I have real issues with weight and don’t think they are everyday wear as 3 motif and the pave clover are quite chic. If you think you would have more wear and utility with a 2 motif they should come to you (here they tell me 2 years and I did the half of it to wait). Or you could wait for SO to reopen and order a 2 motif without the bead

that would require a higher tier of VVIP, if they ever do it, as it hasn't been done since the 70's, I believe, and won't be allowed as a bracelet only. if they accept they would do it in a 20-motif and 5-motif and you have to buy them as a set.
