Apparently there is now a suspension on SO requests until further notice. I am in Asia.

My two hammered MTO pieces - RG hammered Magic earrings and WG hammered 10-motif!

The order for the 10-motif hammered WG was placed in December 2023 and it arrived in Jan 2024. The order for the hammered Magic Alhambra earrings in RG was placed in November 2023 and it arrived this week. Gives me hope that my 5-motif hammered WG bracelet might arrive soon🤞

Did they say if it would impact what is already approved? We are in the US and have a couple more approved pieces we are waiting on. Turquoise alhambra and diamond necklace and turquoise alhambra earings.

I was told that currently approved special orders are still being completed. Just no new special orders or MTO.

Yes once they arrive. Not sure when but they were approved. My wife just got the blue agate Alhambra earrings from special order. Surprised they don’t make these standard but needed them to match the bracelet. Bigger delivery next week. folie de pres necklace coming in. Think I read last year someone here got one. And they were right. Timing is unknown as they search for stones that match to make it. For a milestone birthday for my wife. So once this comes in we will probably know more about the dates of the other items.

I'm in the US and spoke to my SA today - I was told the same thing, even though I did not ask about it.

The workshop in Paris is not accepting SO or MTO until further notice, so it wouldn't matter which country one is in - it applies to all new SO and MTO.

Yes - that is what I was told when asking questions about specific pieces on my wishlist, then she mentioned the halt of SO and MTO until further notice.

I have TE/YG pave 5 motif, I love it! My SA told me that guilloche alternating with striated stones can be tricky sometimes aesthetically because the striations are diagonal and the guilloche rays go in a different orientation. It sounds pretty to me, I hope you get your bracelet approved when special orders open up again. Maybe you can ask for alternating with pave as your back up option.
