@chiaoapple are your Perlee 5 row beaded bangles (not sure if you have the coleurs also) size XS/14 or size S/15?

It is not available by MTO or SO currently in size XS/14 according to my SA, but I donā€™t know if it ever was, in which case I may just wait.


Size 15/S is available by MTO/SO for either bangle style with different gold colors or stones. If I only have the option of size 15/S, I will decide between the 5 row beaded bangle in RG or WG. I donā€™t want to do a SO for a different stone in the Perlee Coleurs open bangle in S/15, because it will rotate around on me in that size.

Hi, I think mine are size 15, they were readiy available with no need to MTO/SO.
I vaguely recall a conversation with my SA on whether the open bangle could be made smaller, and I think the reposne was it is not feasible due to curvature issueā€¦ maybe that because of the beading design the curve of the piece cannot be as severe as the smaller size would require.
Do have a chat with your SA to see if they have any additional insight!

Thank you! That is very helpful. Since I believe you are typically size 14/XS, I will go ahead with ordering the 15/S while I still can!

I have the 5 motif RG Guilloche. It's pretty, I never wear it. LOL. I think Guilloche in general takes longer than say MOP orders. GL! I think the alternating pave would be killer.

Hi everyone! New to this forum. I was offered to purchase a GMOP bracelet in rose gold. The SA said it is not normally offered to people. Is this true? Is it a good opportunity to purchase this one? I do like it but was confused why it was offered to me if it is rare. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!!

Itā€™s considered a MTO which usually doesnā€™t get offered unless you have $85K in spend but I got offered at $0 spend so it just depends! Only buy it if you love it though, not just because itā€™s ā€œrareā€

I agree with the response from @raricorbi. GMOP and RG are not part of the regular line and available through Made To Order (MTO). I bought a pair of GMOP and RG Alhambra earrings through MTO. I put in a Special Order (which requires VCA Corporate approval) for a GMOP and RG Guilloche alternating Alhambra bracelet. Before it was approved my SA suggested that I use MTO to get the very bracelet you were offered. My understanding is that the client has the option to decline the MTO/SO if they so choose. I would wonder why this MTO bracelet was available. Did the client decline it because he/she didnā€™t like the color/iridescence/quality of the GMOP? Did they buy the GMOP and RG Pave bracelet instead? Or maybe it was a change in financial circumstances. Youā€™ll never know. But if you do consider buying the bracelet I would examine it closely and make sure you are satisfied with the product.

FYI, I was at VCA in Switzerland (PM me if interested) this week and they had a 5 motif bracelet in onyx and WG ( an SO that someone ended up not taking). Itā€™s priced at the usual ~35% extra but available if someone was looking and didnā€™t want to wait the 6 months!

It was a MTO that someone refused so if you love the stone I suggest you get it. Most GMOP pieces require MTO/SO which have 85k spend threshold now.
