yes as @acrowcounted said it's by invitation but I'm sure your SA would be happy to help you place an order if you express an interest. It is starting at Madison 3/19 to 3/31 and my SA said then it is rolling out to other stores towards the ends of April. My SA did not specify which other stores it's rolling out to. I usually receive invitations by email for this event.

I was told by my SA that it is coming to Palo Alto, California, sometime in April.

I attended. Customized a mini Heure. Basically all pale pink/rose gold. Added my initials and a lucky charm to the case. I thought about upgrading to the solid gold and diamond bezel but couldn’t stomach the additional $7k investment on such a tiny piece. I picked up two straps for some variety (vert cypres). It’ll take about 4 months to come in.

I was seriously considering adding a cape cod onto my order because an in stock one was so pretty but I showed some restraint.

My SA informed me today that watch straps can be measured and custom ordered with the watch, during this event, to fit your wrist exactly. She told me this because even with the shortest standard strap for my Arceau Moonphase, they still need to punch an additional hole to fit me properly. The event is currently on in my Asian store until end of this month. For relevant information, my wrist size for a Cartier Love is meant to be a 14.

From what I recall, the only thing different than what is currently offered readily available are the different colored straps. The only two that I recall that aren't readily available are Bamboo and Capucine.

I’ve been invited to a watch customisation event in my first encounter with this SA (after trying on some watches with them). Can I check if anyone knows whether this will count towards pre spend? The SA also seems to be mostly in charge of watches. Can they also offer bags? Thanks!

It is counted. But it will only count once the watch arrives and has been fully paid.
