it all depends on your relation ship with the particular store-
see each and every store only has a limited quota of special orders they can submit thus these orders are usually given to good or frequent clients.
it can really reach from none to almost all of the stores quota (whatever large that is)
you really have to try and speak with your SA or manager

Thanks for your answer. I was just curious b/c there are a few bi-color bags that I was hoping to SO in the next few yrs... heehee...:idea:
