Some pics of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee carre.

Terrible light here. It's still day-ish but the storm clouds are brewing. Tomorrow, I'll take more photos in proper daylight.

Edited to say. It has white but also 'platinum' (light-silver-grey) background squares to the carriages too
It's a great addition for you and looks gorgeous tied. I can't wait to see more pictures.

I have my scarf today. To me it has an ‘old school‘ classic vibe from the colours - hunter green, navy, a dash of burgundy, black, camel, tan, blending with the lighter pink, blue, greens, white & silver ’platinum’ grey as @papertiger well describes it. I was worried the camel colour (marron clair) would be wrong for me but everything harmonises well and the lighter areas ‘lift‘ the other colours. Will be interested to hear others’ opinions.

 Old school design, neutral colours, quite flattering on most people I should imagine.

Definitely one you can wear for day's smartly attired hacking (horse not computer)

Thanks @Hanton, you captured the colours much better than me.

Seeing it on first sight took me right back to my early scarf buying in the 70’s (old school, indeed!). Quite a relief to come full circle!

An extra detail, which is nice to know, the Queen chose the colours herself, according to an Hermes staff member.

But they always say that. But maybe she always does :queen: .

However, as someone has already pointed out, even though H are not Royal Warrant Holders, the Queen has to approve everything before they are are allowed to use her name on either the scarf or elsewhere.

Well, it’s all an anticlimax for me. I was really looking forward to something special, but it is definitely not for me! The design and the colours don’t fit with me at all.

I am glad that many of you do like it and hope that those of you who want the scarf are able to get hold of it easily. It’s on the UK site at the time of writing.
Oh no, I remember how much you were anticipating any potential Jubilee scarf, hope you find an alternative which does bring you joy.

The blue and the orangey/coral make that scarf , as much as the British racing green
But, yes a hunting color palette will not excite many people, I adore green but am aware almost no one else likes the color

The tree planting charity is very a la mode, no one will make a fuss about that, it is so difficult in the years when everything is politically incorrect
