I love the colors. Congratulations!Couldn't resist buying this as it was an OK price. It's very, very pretty colours and traditional in design (first issued with QEII in mind 1972). Doesn't really suit me but the colouration is suitable as a reference to early 50s and I can make it work (I have a working wardrobe LOL). The design uses flowers that were embroidered onto the Queen's Coronation dress 1953 and represent different areas of the United Kingdom.
NB: Please be aware many resellers are stating their versions of Regina are 'rare' and Special Edition for the Golden Jubilee. I can see they're not. The Queen owns a beautiful naturalistic cw, that's not from 2002. Second pic shows Special Edition addition to Regina in order that it is the Golden Jubilee SE 2002.
I included a special Crown printed London Tube ticket that was only issued for Golden Jubilee weekend 2002 - and now you know where I wasGlad I kept it.
Big pics, please click to enlarge
I have put in a 'pre-order' with my SA to get one... but just asking the clever crowd here...
1) When will it be released?
2) Is it silk or silk/cashmere blend?
3) Design/Colour(s) spoliers?
TYIA!!
Have they actually confirmed they're doing one?
@mikimoto007 No, they haven't confirmed
Since this 15 Feb she has already 'gone Platinum'
Speculation:
Silk carre
@Les Tambours I don't think the Plat version will be a Regina because they already used that for the Golden, that would look lazy, but it would work, after all it was created with her as 'muse'. H must have thought that the Golden Jubilee would be the last, then came the Diamond, and now the Plat...
In 2.3 years she could overtake Louis XIV as Europe's longest reining monarch. I hope there'll be a scarf for that too.
90cm Voitures Exquises is the design for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee scarf that was shared by @LolaWhisp here. Total of 500 pieces for sale beginning mid-May as part of the Royal Windsor Horse show, available at the event, UK stores and online.
Those in Australia and possibly Canada might want to enquire with their store on availability as the previous special edition scarf for the Queen was available on the countries website as well, if I recall correctly.

This design in a different colorway is. You can find it discussed earlier in this thread. This CW is a seasonal offering. Is this considered a special edition? It was issued for the 200 years anniversary of the Greek revolution.
My husband gifted it to me on New Year’s Day.
It says FREEDOM in Greek.

Oh, sorry, thanks! I thought because it commemorates a special occasion, all the CW would be special edition. This design in a different colorway is. You can find it discussed earlier in this thread. This CW is a seasonal offering.

This is the special edition. From what I know, it sold out quickly as most were preorders by existing clients and each client were only allowed to buy one piece.Oh, sorry, thanks! I thought because it commemorates a special occasion, all the CW would be special edition.
I saw the one in the earlier post and I might have to see if it’s still available. Fun fact: the letters in the CW I have, almost match the blue on the Greek flag.
Hi, I'm in the states. TIA if you know if this scarf becomes available online (UK?), would I be able to purchase and they would ship to me? I'm not British but love QE and be wonderful to add to my collection.FYI:
Voitures Exquises, Queen's Platinum Jubilee version is now at NBS (so presume it's at Windsor HS too). Can't see it online yet.
Not sure about other London/UK stores but please let us know if you shop at others.
I'll show you mine when received.
