They often appreciate more in value on the second hand market because there are so far fewer. However same rules apply for me, it have to love it on me.

I'm confused. I just saw this at south coast but in a different color way?
The particular color way posted by papertiger is exclusive to the New Bond Street store, a limited edition for the reopening of the store and to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the store. HTH.
That clears everything up for me! I love the print so finding it at home made me happy. Just confused as I thought the print was for the reopening, but I see the color way is the difference now. Thank you.

I have a very limited collection of scarves and I am not even sure if this one is a Limited/special edition. Even though I've seen the design itself in many colorways but I've never seen one with stripes like this (maybe due to my limited knowledge on H scarves 
)
