DH’s MtM came in. Considerably less pricy than Dior MtM and sized a bit larger. Coat; pants; MtM navy cardigan. All together, a great experience. He will definitely do more. It was a nice touch to meet the head tailor from FSH last spring ? (I’m having a mental moment and forgetting when the MtM event was) to place the order. And, that person will be back in the fall.

My K28 Rouge Sellier is not the bag i usually grab because I have a hard time matching her with my clothes. She’s probably glad to breathe and be out and about being the chameleon that she is.

This is stunning. I think you could wear it like this, matched to shoes, in a classic manner. But, it could also substitute for a black or other neutral bag, in other words, worn with anything, white sneakers. Navy, beige, taupe. . . :)

Rouge sellier against an all navy outfit with black shoes (for a more fashion, less sartorial look)
RS against a navy sweater and white pants, white sneakers (RS like a pop of color for a sporty look )
RS against beige or taupe shorts, white, navy, black t shirt (RS with white sneakers or dark or light neutral chypres
to make it casual :) Or with anything earth toned, like olive cargos etc etc, converse sneakers or vans to take it down a notch, if people still wear those. . , I think a 28K worn short crossbody strap on the back is a very sporty look too. And, over a t shirt or some such, it won’t ruin clothing.

DH with Hermes gray cotton twill pants; charvet MtM linen shirt, Duret belt, hiro yanagamachi MtM light beige suede & leather sneakers. He also wears this with the linen shirt untucked (it’s a flat bottom hemmed shirt), these pants, H cargos, or shorts, and black chypres. Were of an age (57) where he cannot go without a belt unless the shorts or pants have side tabs. He even prefers his swim trunks to be fitted, so he wears orlabar brown, not villbrquin, like everyone else. Does H make men’s swim trunks, IDK. . .

They do and they come in all sorts of fun prints!

Selection is usually pretty sparse in store compared to online though.
