No kidding...I just picked up my suede Rogue to move it out the way and it felt like a brick after using the small Rogue. The weight is the biggest advantage of the Rogue 25, and I think Coach will do quite well with this size because I can only imagine that there's a nice market for smaller/lighter bags. I'm going to say it again, they should have kept the lock! It's also perfect for the spring/summer. I think a lot of people who already have the medium may even consider the small as an additional bag, especially if it goes on sale.

Thank you! Would you keep both?

Maybe. Not quite sure yet. I'd like to see them side by side. Also I noticed that you said that you said that the smaller one does not have the lock, and I really like that detail.

I did compare the chalk color to the white/chalk bags in my closet and it is a slightly different shade of white.

I also am on my boat a lot in the summer, and I generally need to take a larger purse so that I can carry my work stuff, like my agenda and whatnot, and it sort of fits in here. I know it won't fit in the 25.

My other white bags are sort of girly, and this bag seems to be more of a workhorse.

I'm so undecided about this bag purchase for sure.

If you got the medium size one for 30% off, when you see the two side-by-side, you will feel like you're getting a lot more for your money with the medium size one. However, if you paid full-price for the medium size one, you may not feel that way. The biggest detail missing is the lock...the key keeper is another detail that some will be disappointed about I'm sure. I think if Coach had kept those details on the small bag, they would have lost sales out to the medium for people who will be on the fence between the two, especially since the small bag is so much lighter, which is already a selling point. This way, it makes the medium bag look even more expensive aside from being larger. I don't miss that coin purse at all.

I'm returning a chalk Outlaw for the Chalk Rogue 25, and for me it's an easy decision. When I'm thinking about the oxblood Rogue, I'm not putting the chalk Rogue in the equation. I know I'm keeping the chalk Rogue, I'm just waiting to see if it goes on sale before I cut tags. The oxblood Rogue could possibly be a good bag for me in the fall/winter as I don't have a bag that color, so I'm going to start carrying my suede Rogue all this week to see how much I really like the bag, and whether or not the weight is too much for me to consider having a second bag like that one. It's all about the weight for me, not the bag itself.

Do you feel that your Rogue is more of an off-white color?

I do feel like the Rogue is a truer white than my other coach bags. As you can see from the picture, I ordered the slim wallet in Chalk and that wallet does not match the Rogue. The wallet is creamier than the Rogue is.

I already own an oxblood colored bag, the Nomad hobo and I love it. But I agree with you, it feels like a winter bag.

I really did want the Rogue suede, but alas, its sold out with no availability date. So I can compromise with the 25 in saddle. Probably a better option anyway, since suede doesn't work well in snow!

I see that. I just went back and compared my whiplash saddle bag, Rogue and Outlaw and they're all different shades. The saddle bag is the lightest and then the Rogue. The Outlaw is more off-white. I may keep that and wear it as a winter white and send back the oxblood Rogue. I'm so confused. I can't help it, I just love purses so much!

Coach had a pebbled leather soft wallet in chalk that matched the chalk Rogue, but they sold out of it, and I guess they're not going to restock.

Did you see the reveal of the saddle one? It's already been posted by Teagaggle.
