I'm five feet tall and size 6 so I think it would look OK. So long as it's light and functional. . .

This is the medium on me.

In my opinion, it is very light...and I am excited that I could carry it by the short handles as well because I think those handles are so nice, but on the medium, I would never carry by the short handles, I would keep them tucked in. Now, am I rushing to cut the tags, no, because I feel like within the 60 days the price will go down. I might be wrong. If the price doesn't go down, would I be willing to keep it...absolutely. I look at it like this. I'm returning my chalk Outlaw. I like this purse so much more than the Outlaw as the pockets on the small Rogue are actually functional for me, the ones on the Outlaw aren't, and I will more than likely return the medium oxblood Rogue as well because it just made me realize how heavy it is. However, I'm not so sure I would return it if I didn't already have another Rogue.

Maybe you should order one while you still have your medium and compare.

Thanks for all the information Anne, it's really appreciated. Unfortunately my store is still closed for renovations, supposed to b re-opening in 2 weeks I think - then I can order. Being in Canada if we order from JAX we get hit with customs and duties and a large shipping cost so it's not worth it.

I wonder if it will really be excluded from next PCE. The thought of paying almost $800 CAD for it is kind of icky.

Do you like the black trim on your medium bag? I know some people mentioned they don't like the oxblood trim on this one. So you have to take that into consideration and the gold hardware, which doesn't bother me at all.

Are you close to Windsor...can you just drive over to Detroit :-)?

No I'm way far away from there lol. I don't mind waiting too much - I have till mid May to return the medium anyway. Then we should know for sure if the Rogues are included/exluded for the Mother's Day PCE - which I don't think has been confirmed yet but most of us are assuming will happen lol.

While I do love the black hardware, it's not a deal breaker for me to give it up. A little sad, but not the end of the world if it means I get a more comfy bag.

True, because I guess if they're going to put it on sale it will be for Mother's Day. I'm not so sure it will be excluded. JAX said the saddle bags were excluded, but I was able to order three directly from a Coach store. However, this time even the stores are saying they're excluded. It's definitely a comfortable bag. I think $495 would be a better price point for it, but I understand it's a 1941 bag, so you pay more for that. I just don't understand why they removed the lock or the key keeper. It's already significantly smaller, so that justifies the lower price.

I agree, I'm bummed about the lock. :-(

That size looks nice on you, but I think the small one will look even better, and you'll appreciate how light it is...I can't stress that enough. My main concern for you is that you would be giving up your preferred hardware and changing from black trim to oxblood. Two changes that I actually welcome on the chalk, but you prefer what you have, you just want it to be smaller. And I'm assuming you definitely want it in chalk, not saddle or forest or black, correct?

I really do like it. I wish I could cut the tags right now, but Mother's Day is almost here, so I have to be patient and make sure it doesn't go on sale.

First, I'll post several pics and tell me if you need me to post any more...I'll come back with my thoughts. I will say I'm disappointed that I didn't get the 1941 cotton dust bag...and the lock on the side isn't there. Also, there's no key keeper, even though I don't use mine that much, I like it being there. But I'm glad there isn't a coin purse inside of the bag, but a slot that's big enough to fit my phone.

Give me a few seconds while I upload more pics.
Anne, That is a really beautiful bag. I love the oxblood handles. I was just trying on my Chalk medium and I don't know.....I kind of like it now. I may keep it, and I am anxiously awaiting the Saddle 25 though!

I wouldn't mind considering another color, but I have a Chloe Marcie that looks to be the exact same as the kelly green. I am not interested in saddle or black.

I do love the oxblood handles, it's the that I wish the hardware was still black. But in all honesty, I'd give it up for a more comfy bag. That's priority #1 for me. And maybe seeing it in person would totally win me over.

Yes, I'm gonna have to wait it out too although it's dragging on so long.
