Solange Diagnosed With Autonomic Disorder



In an emotional Instagram post shared on Wednesday, the 31-year-old singer revealed she was diagnosed with an autonomic disorder. While she did not specify which what type of disorder she was battling, she said that she has been forced to cancel her upcoming headlining gig at the AfroPunk festival in South Africa due to her health struggles.
