The leather does seem to be more like that in the Legacy line and not like the typical squishy, pebbly Madison. That is what was throwing me off in the beginning...something I will get use to though :) I'm sure it will soften the more I use it.

Great bags, thanks for all the pics. I love that little pocket in the back. I also hate re siggy lining, but I think the dark brown is a nice contrasting color. And the Rose Petal color is gorgeous! Love that Peach Rose Phoebe, too! Let us know what you decide on keeping them.

About the back phone pocket: that's actually upsetting to hear. It's not like everyone's smartphone is a Blackberry anymore! If a "phone pocket" can't fit a decent sized phone (like an iPhone plus case) it's useless. Sigh.

Thank you! I just got the Peach Rose Phoebe right before I saw this bag. I'm not sure if I can justify keeping both since they are almost the same color. Decisions, decisions!!

When I ordered these I asked about the color Brindle and she said it was like a camel color. Sounded pretty but I had to stop at 2, lol!!
